Wow, what an experience! Frank and his team did an outstanding job with the sale of my mom's home. Right from the day we signed the contract every aspect of the deal went smoothly. Excellent, they make the process very easy, hassle free and fast, straight forward, no games or misleading quotes, a true very fair offer. I would recommend them anytime. I will definitely call them again for my next property. Thank you Nina for putting up with all my questions.
Simply Sold was a great fast acting company that helped me sell my mother's house. Michael Davis and Laini Carrington were the best 2 team members that worked with me through this whole process. They made it feel like more than just selling a home. They went above and beyond even did things to help that was outside of them. If you are looking to sell a home with fast services, great communication, and professional, would highly recommend.
